The upgrade to the Junior Suite Split Level upon arrival was a total surprise! the suite offered smart design. It eliminated the need to carry luggage upstairs. the location boasts nearby restaurants and bars. a quick walk to the metro. This made city exploration easy.
Sound insulation could be improved. I could hear some noise from adjacent rooms.

slippers, towels, and dressing gowns were provided in the room! this was a definite plus. complimentary tea and coffee were also available, and a water dispenser helped combat the summer heat! the rooms were spacious.

the location allowed easy access to main attractions. breakfast included a wide variety of choices. the staff were very friendly and helpful, i found them kind.
The sockets were difficult to use with my adapter. usb sockets by the bed didn't work, and reception seemed unsurprised by this! the room was very warm. I couldn't turn the thermostat down, so i had to open the window though the street was noisy.
